We seek a highly committed and skilled OTR (On the Road) support staff member to provide technical support to our depots and clients across various locations nationwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing exceptional customer services mainly remotely, with the possibility of also visiting clients’ sites upon arrangements being made.
Key qualities we are looking at:
- Being Computer literate and proficient in relevant software and hardware systems.

Key responsibilities:
- Receiving all customer and depot calls regarding any issues, system-wise, pumps, and computer hardware, that may arise and direct them to relevant personnel promptly.
- Diligently addressing incoming queries from depots, and this makes majority of the daily workload.
- Assisting in doing fault findings and gathering more information before directing to technicians when a query is reported by clients or depot.
- Install, configure, and test computer hardware and software including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Monitor all depot cameras, check alarm notifications, and report to management or police for any foul play or theft.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitoring depot dips submitted by depots and compared with the AIG system. Faults on the ATG system must be reported immediately.
