• Vereenselwig met die gemeente se visie en roepingstelling.
• Passie en vaardighede om, spesifiek met die oog op aanddientse, die musiekbediening en liturgie kreatief, kontekstueel, en met teologiese suiwerheid met die roepinstelling te belyn en in ‘n unieke styl te ontwikkel.
• Die vermoë om kuns en teologie liturgies te integreer en kreatief na te dink oor liedkeuses, liturgiese momente en ander voorstelle vir die bevordering van die aanddienste.
• Bereidheid om verhoudinge te bou met die musiekgroep van die aanddiens, vaardighede te ontwikkel en strategies saam te werk vir die bevordering van die aanddienste.
