Professional Nurse

Applicants are invited to apply for the position of a Professional Nurse in the community within the Mitchells Plain sub-district.
A Professional Nurse will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to help provide quality Comprehensive support in the community.
Requirements for the position:
- SANC Registration
- Diploma /Degree in Nursing
- License {own car}
Duties of a Professional Nurse/Co-Ordinator
- Support and manage clients placed in their care
- Ability to work under pressure
- Coordinate a team
- Assess Patients and put them in care
- Need to work in all environments
