CREDITORS/ADMIN CLERK
We have a full time office position available for a candidate to perform administrative tasks and
duties relating to creditors up to payment status, reception and general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- General office admin and reception switchboard and oversee cleaning/tea lady duties.
- Handle company and owner licenses and traffic fines.
- Manage order/supplier purchases, paperwork on Sage Evolution for the Finance manager.
Requirements:
- Matric Senior Certificate, English and Afrikaans reading, writing and speaking skills.
- Basic bookkeeping skills, Sage accounting, min. 3 years’ experience in a creditor’s position.
- Good communication skills, number aptitude, detail-oriented, team player, Excel proficient.
Salary offered: R14 000 monthly basic.Start date: 8 January 2024.

Requirements and qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Logistics management, Human resource management, Industrial psychology, Social work or any other relevant qualification.
- PROJECT COORDINATOR POSITION
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, Human resource management, Community Development, Social Auxiliary work or other relevant qualification.
- Willing and available to travel to various communities within the Western Cape resulting in being away from home for a few days at a time.
- CONTENT CREATOR AND SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR POSITION
Requirements and qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia production, Human work or any other relevant qualification relating to this position.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in content creation and social media.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, websites, communication software, social media tools video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc.) and graphic design tools.
- Willing and available to travel to various communities within the Western Cape.
